Maple Toasted Quinoa (VEGAN/PALEO)

Maple toasted quinoa has become one of my staple items… and I don’t let just any food become a staple.  Not only does it add a great crunch to yogurt, it is packed with protein and stomach-filling fiber.

This is my favorite way to prepare quinoa. You might just become addicted.

I should relabel the page to Pegan! Thank you for pointing this out :) Pegan is a modified paleo + vegan diet.
